VIDEO CLIP-During February in a joint venture with Steve, from Vangionis restaurant we ran our very first Gourmet Road Trip. It ran over four amazing days where we headed out and about the Banks Peninsula to meet our suppliers, harvested local seafood, had outdoor cooking demonstrations, long lunches and loads of great local wine. Enjoy days of foraging, harvesting, cooking, eating, drinking and sharing.
