Al’s down to earth and approachable manner comes across in his teaching style and his classes are always extremely popular. There are very limited spaces available and early bookings are advised in order not to miss out on this rare opportunity to spend a day with one of New Zealand’s most popular characters.

We are very excited to have Al Brown running two one-day classes at the cooking school on September 11^th & 12^th. Limited spaces (22 per class). The classes are $225 per person, run from 10am until 4pm and include all food, wine and recipes. It is strictly first come, first served basis however we will have a wait list incase there are cancellations.
