| Seafood, seafood and more seafood. We head down to the end of the wharf to see what the boat has brought in and head back to the school to learn how to create some fabulous dishes with the fresh bounty. Book in with them now for 'Fresh from the Wharf'. A long lunch at the dining table will be served savouring every dish from the class with matching NZ wines. You will leave with all of the recipes from the day and all participants need to bring are their culinary interest and an appetite. Classes cost $175 including all food and wine. |
